Have the emotions!! Feel them. Experience them fully. But stop trying to use them as fuel.

One of the beautiful things about habits is that once they are established, they require very little thought and emotions get in the way less easily.

What could you accomplish if you didn’t have to think about it so darn much?

Design your habits to support your healthier self. It will take time to automate them, but it’s worth the effort when you know what you want and are committed to getting it.
